That male dentist is rude and doesn't care if your mouth is numb or not before he does work on you.

While everyone is nice as ever in ellenville, the mental health department is a joke. They are constantly moving people in and out so once you are used to a therapist, boom they are gone. It's not fair. Its happened to me twice in a year. Mental health should be about stability and getting better and that is hard to do when you are switching from doctor to doctor.
I was scheduled for a 0930 appointment. I was never provided with the courtesy of a confirmation call. I'm then told by the clueless receptionist that I can return in several hours. A week previously, I was scheduled for 0900 and wasn't seen until well after 0930. This place is a joke. When a place isn't able to manage the fundamentals of the patient care experience, how am I to trust any patient care that is provided. Run away because this is the problem with today's health care system
Update on status of care. So this place still continues to disappoint and abuse the trust of patients. I received a cancellation notice in the mail a day before my previous appointment a month ago. I’ve needed my crown measured and this place has no sense of urgency. I’m not sure if it is the secretary/receptionist that is not booing patients appropriately. However, today I arrived for a 1200 pm appointment. I was promptly instructed that my appointment was actually for 1230.Unfortunately for me,the computer system “just went down” and that there’s no answers for this issue. Just a longer wait time. This feels an awful like insurance fraud and patient neglect. We will see how today’s visit goes. I’m already consumed by dread. Ellenville deserves better service. This wouldn’t fly where I work.
A 175 degree experience from my previous visits. The staff could not have been more professional and comforting during a time of extreme emotional and physical pain. I was seen at exactly the time of my appointment and a complete workup was done, medications and procedures prescribed and I was on my way in less than an hour. My experiences with the dental clinic were always exemplar.
I do not recommend coming here. My appointment was booked a month in advance and then it was canceled twice, so I took me 3 months to see a doctor.
