I have had my cars serviced at Marv's for nearly three years. It's not a fancy place, but the mechanics are are honest and (unlike some chain stores) don't recommend work you don't need. The prices are low, and every thing I have had done was fixed right the first time. Billy the owner is very hardworking and often stays late to help customers. It is no wonder Marv's is a busy garage!
I went in to have my car inspected. I informed the woman at the front desk twice that I work local at the hospital and dont get out until 7pm to pick up my vehicle. She assured me they would be there. I gave them my number and told them to call me if there was any issues. I went to pick up my car and no one was there. I live 40 minutes away and im stranded! Most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
