I went there on Sunday and was treated with the utmost respect as if I were purchasing a brand new vehicle.Jack meticulously showed me all the options of the the vehicle and I took the vehicle for a test ride.He painstakingly secured financing options that fit my particular financing needs.I picked up the car on Monday and the car was detailed,inspected and registered.He also filled the gas tank which is part of the 613 Automotive Group vehicle preparation.I requested additional remote starter key fobs that Jack obtained for me at a nominal cost.I will definitely purchase my next pre-owned vehicle from 613 Automotive Group.

Did a lot of research about a passenger van for my family. Searched the Web and found the 613 group had the one we wanted. Made the trip to their Monticello location took it for a test drive. Was very pleased with the service from Will he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. My family loves the van, experience was great and I'm glad we made the trip.
We bought a car for our daughter here. It's been 2 months and have yet to get the registration. It took them 2 weeks AFTER we paid for the car to actually get it. They didn't know how to fix the windshield fluid hose. When we told them about the moisture in the headlight and the weather strip damage it took them 2 weeks to "fix" the issue. Rather than doing things on the up and up it is just shy of legal with this place. NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere. We try to support local business, but places like this make it hard.......
